I really appreciate that insight and will be mindful of it. For what it’s worth I haven’t seen any Jewish friends say anything about Black people as a group being antisemitic during these latest episodes, and if I do I’ll call it out. I hope you’ll consider that antisemitic speech is dangerous regardless of the trauma it may spring from; note that neo-Nazis have eagerly picked up “Kanye is right about the Jews” as a slogan, whether that was Kanye’s intent or not.
