Many Jews enjoy white privilege, especially in America. And as the author notes, Jews are no less likely to use their power than anyone else, to oppress Black Americans among others.

To expand on the article, I'll add that in America, Jews are explicitly a key target of White Supremacy. The reason the Charlottesville rioters chanted "Jews will not replace us" is that white supremacists generally believe that Jews are the puppetmasters flooding America with Black, Latino, Asian, Muslim immigrants. Similar sentiments are all but guaranteed to show up in the manifestoes of racially-motivated mass shooters.

Another thing to note is that even white-passing Jews' whiteness is conditional. We're among the biggest victims of white supremacy in history. One-third of all Jews in the world (a disproportionately light-skinned third) were exterminated by the Nazis and their many allies, on explicitly racial grounds. This includes dozens of my own family members, including three of my great-grandparents. (And Nazism isn't the only reason they died. American white supremacy prevented them from escaping.)

Ultimately, I agree with the author that our focus should be on white supremacy. James Baldwin had a similar take decades ago: https://archive.nytimes.com/www.nytimes.com/books/98/03/29/specials/baldwin-antisem.html
