Thanks for reading what I have to say. I'm a Jew and I've tried to educate myself as much as I can about both Jewish and Black history. I've particularly benefitted from The Fire Next Time, The Warmth of Other Suns, Caste, and The New Jim Crow. I believe that Black history is American history, and that Americans have a ton of work to do in learning the truth.
The reason I commented on your post is that my family was exterminated in the Holocaust. I feel like have a duty to call out antisemitism - as well as racism - everywhere, whether it’s coming from Tucker Carlson, Donald Trump, or Kanye West. (I’m not saying your article is antisemitic, but it looks like the book in question probably is.) Black people are no more antisemitic than anyone else. Peace.
