Thanks for this article. I agree that it's wrong to accuse Black people as a group of "violent silence."
But it doesn't appear to me that Silverman actually singled out the Black community here, much less saying that they've "been silent about Kanye." What I saw her doing was calling out silence about antisemitism in general. Her words were "Why do mostly only Jews speak up against Jewish hate?"
It's one thing to call her a hypocrite on the grounds that she's silent herself (though she appears to have spoken out against anti-Black racism quite a number of times). But it's another to say she's leveling an accusation against Black people. I don't see that anywhere in her tweet.
