"In Isreal, Palestinian people do not have the right to vote...." This is actually not true. All Israeli citizens can vote, including the ~20% of Israelis who are Palestinian Arabs. Now, Palestinians who live in the West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem *can't* vote in Israeli elections - and it's certainly valid to claim that they should be allowed to - but they are not "in Israel," so the sentence as written is inaccurate.
